VI NATIONS II

I feel like the proverbial 'disgusted of Tunbridge Wells' after watching yesterday's rugby. I won't ramble on, suffice to say that I am thoroughly fed up with the sheer dullness of it all. Italy hardly ever seem to learn their lessons to stop themselves being the whipping boys with the wooden spoon. Likewise, England, who are skirting perilously close to that territory themselves, are fast becoming known as the naughty boys of European rugby and being thoroughly spanked for their lack of discipline. Before yesterday's match, the momentous feat of 'eight yellow cards in three games' was lamented at every occasion. After yesterday's match, they had another two to add to that score, as well as being lazy and slow, and painful to watch. Like Martin Johnson says: what's needed is T-C-U-P. And fast before we all go off and do something more enjoyable ..
